E470 is committed to transparency. The E470 Public Highway Authority’s Official Custodian has adopted rules governing requests for the inspection of public records under the Colorado Open Records Act (CORA), including applicable fees and related requirements, in accordance with Sections 24‑72‑200.1 et seq., C.R.S.
